Random disconnection from server, "Client timed out"

Well, basically when I'm playing on Multiplayer, I play for a random amount of time and then get disconnected for "Client Timed Out"

Any help?

Specs:
OS: Windows XP
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 3000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.2GHz
RAM: 1.5 GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 1650 Pro

It's not that great but it runs stuff good enough for me.

I have no addons installed as I have different garrysmod folders for different game types for a faster connect.
(And it happens on Voltage Gaming servers)

It's an error that happens. No idea why. It's the second most bull error message because it only ever happens when you're moving.. Or at least that's what it is with me.
How often does it do it?

Didn't use to happen, I used to be able to stay on the server for like several hours.

While we're here, I noticed this started to happen around the time VAC was enabled.

servers somtimes change host. i have changed the host of my servers several times , it might of happened with this server.

They would've said something about it, since it would bring downtime to the game servers, and they said nothing.
