So, at first i tought it was only with Gmod Theater, but no, i tried to join RP servers, and other servers using dif. gamemodes, and guess what, none of them were loaded.
I had the normal hud, and couldn't use any Menu of these gamemodes.
Is there any fix to this? i alredy tryed to restore my system but nothing, and reinstalling wont work too. =(
Addition Details: I Get alot of lua Errors, one of the admins of Gmod theater said the following "I think it may be something related to the recent change of how clients download client-side lua from a server."

May I ask why you reinstalled? when everyone's getting thie problem?
Anway, like most updates which break things. We'll have to wait for a fix.

The problem could not be solved by completely removing GMod and reinstalling it.
I also tried to change the option in the Mmultiplayer-section that tells GMod to download "all custom files from the server".
I hope somebody finds a nice way to solve this or can give a great hint :)
