Can someone tell me how to make a Garry's Mod Server?

I've tried but I can't seem to get it. So I went to Facepunch for an answer. Anyone who knows how to make a server quick and easy, please reply.

I'm not sure if they have any space left though.

If you want to host it on your computer then go in-game select a map and click 'start in multiplayer'
