I was wondering if there are and GMod 13 realistic addons that are compatible for servers. I like to make the game more fun and realistic, also SharpeYe doesn't work so don't put that out!

There's a fixed workshop version of SharpeYe. Just use the realistic tag to browse the workshop.
The thing is, sharpeYe has a sound error and when I spawn in on multiplayer all I see it checkerboxes, Like the crosshair and more

It says its missing materials but they were all on the server.

You didn't put the materials in correctly then. Just tried out the addon and it works fine for me.
There was one weapon base that was more realistic than most, I can't remember the name though, but it featured bullet drop, non-hitscan bullets, and I think if you wanted to you could have wind but I don't think so.
something like advanced weapon base
if you manage to find it you can easily make your own weapons looking at the base and using models from say, FPSbanana

GDCW base? it was realistic sure but it had serious problems, namely that when you were moving forward and firing downwards in multiplayer you'd often shoot yourself in the legs due to terrible bullet physics predictions
