A question about G Mod and CSS (NOT help and support)

Hey guys, Im thinking about buying GMOD with CSS and Im just wondering how exactly are the games integrated? Lets say I have GMOD with dismemberment mod, can I play a match of CSS with that mod(even if its just with bots)?
I tried googling before posting, checked the wiki and found nothing.

no, it goes one way only. If you add extra stuff to css, like models or maps, they will show us in gmod. it does not go the other way around though

gmod is a mod for the source engine that mounts other source engine games.
CS:S is a separate game in itself that exists outside (and before) gmod.

Not to mention that GMod addons wouldn't even work on CSS since it's a different programming language.

CS:S in gmod is only needed for content. If you make a CS:S gamemode in GMod and add a dismemberment mod over it, then sure you can play a round of CS:S with dismemberment mod.
