gtsgameservers looks okay, I would recommend SimplyFrag though, I've heard nothing but good things about them.

I used them, and I can vouch, they have awesome support, and will try to help you filter out DDoS attacks if you get them.

All I have heard about vilayer is negative. Overcrowding boxes and horribly slow support are they main things.

Many VPS hosts oversell so I wouldn't recommend that.

Vilayer,tho the support is pretty slow -,-

Vilayer's OK at best but they overcrowd their shared boxes and their support is slower then molasses.

Can't say I've had experience with your other choices although.
