I need help.
When I got on GMod about 10 mins ago I decided to join the server I'm admin on. When I got on first time there was nothing really wrong but I couldn't use the admin menu or open the spawn menu. So I decided to restart my GMod, but after I went on the second time I started seeing wireframe walls and water and the grass was purple checkers
Ps: I was on Gm_Construct and my friend who was also on didn't have any problems

Did a game un-mount somehow? Check you games and make sure all of them are mounted properly.

But, maybe, you have REALLY bad mounted gcf. Do you own hl2 or css?
I own all games bar DoD
Try Verifying cache by right-clicking GMod in games list > Propertries > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache
If the .GCF is damaged, verifying will fix it. It's also a good idea to do it for HL2 as well.
