I am running a sandbox server hosted at xenonservers.com. They have fastdl automatically setup, and I think that's what's messing with textures. All the textures for the scoreboard are missing, and also the textures for the little icons over people's heads are missing. I tried to force the download, and it sends them, but still doesn't fix it. The only fix I found was downloading the admin mod myself....but that's not going to work.
