Whenever I get in a game and want to use the console or go to the menu, my game crashes. I've tried re-installing G-Mod, HL2, nothing worked.
Help please?

Yup, but i fixed it. Fucking gmod says my DX version: 10, running version in gmod: 8 yet im running in 9 somehow.
