Where are the multiplayer options gone?

So I'm wondering, what the fhappend happend to the basic multiplayer options before setting up a listen or LAN server?

Where can I change the maxplayers, where can I raise the prop limit?
Where are all those useful functions gone?

I really have to set up a listenserver with more than just 2 players... so could anyone tell me how to do so and WHY it was useful to remove the multiplayer settings before hosting a game?

They're at the right, when you choose a map theres a little wrench, click that
