I was wondering if there was a way, either natively or through third party program/modification, to access (or "rcon") to a dedicated server without being in game. I have the dedicated server next to my workstation, and occasionally I see two idiots arguing or trolling through the console output, but I have no way of inputting anything to the server without being in game, and dropping my work, then launching the game, connecting, kicking the idiot, then leaving again is kind of tedious. So, I ask of you kind people, is what I'm looking for possible?

rcon_address [ip] - IP of your server
rcon_password [password] - The password is the value of the rcon_password ConVar on your server
rcon [command] - Command to execute (kickid, etc)

Yeah, I know how to use rcon, I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to input those commands outside of the game.
