Are they annoying? I created the websites myself, no code stealing, and yes I do know LUA.

Well, you CAN browse the internet in-game by pressing SHIFT+TAB, so sadly yes, they are a bit irritating to me.
As far as the website is good,there is no point of having these two weapons in the toybox because they are really... code skinny? I mean,all they do is to open your website and let the user play games.
It is not so related to gmod.

It really just looks like you promoting your own site, frankly if I wanted to use your site so badly I would open up the web browser in the steam overlay.
