SRCDS Messed up after update - Windows

When I try to do a fresh install I get this error after start the server:

Host_Error: IDLLFunctions::DLLInit returned false.

OK
---------------------------

I've already verified the files and deleted them twice / re-downloaded.

EDIT:

Console:
Console initalized.
ConVarRef mat_dxlevel dosen't point to an existin ConVar
Game.dll loaded for "Garry's Mod"

You're trying to run a dedi for Garry's mod, right? We're all getting engine errors for Garry's mod, you're just getting it in a different area.

It's Source Dedicated Server, this new update has just messed it up.

I wonder why some servers are online.

Because they haven't been restarted. Same reason as to why gmod players who left their clients on overnight are still able to play.

Hey dumbass Linux Binary's are working fine, we're talking about dedicated servers not the normal game client.

I hope Valve updates the content in monday.
