I have a problem when I start a new game and with SB3 (sb map) everything loads execpt mining addon it writtes this : An error occured when trying to enable Addon: Mining Addon. please help.

We need more details. As in did you put it in addons and the error message etc.
I get this too. Installed the addon via SVN, start the game up, and it says Failed to initialise: Mining Addon. Simple as that.
The mining addon is broke but 3 servers have fixed and here are the ip adresses
