Well This is a Predicament

So how exactly do make it so when you join my GMod server you download files? The map is Evocity 2 which not many people have apparently. Any help appreciated.

You need to set up a FastDL for your server.

Go Google up a FastDL tutorial for any Source engine game (you'll probably get the most hits with CS:S), and replace any instance of the source game you picked with Garry's Mod.
