Not necessarily a glitch, but more of just a cool thing, you know when you kill a metrocop, their radio will go off and sometimes a female voice will say something (whatever it is :P) but the weird thing is, if you kill a metrocop and then right as the voice on the radio is going off spawn an Npc that you can see the face of, and if you time it to when the voice is talking the Npc you just spawned will be mouthing the voice on the radio.
Never heard of that, i'll give it a go some time.

I remember something similar in tacoscript. When they made the ladys voice play over for ambiet effect all the players would emit the sound so they could hear it, their playermodel's also lip synched to it, equating to some humorous results.

He seems to have said quite a bit more than even Dr. Breen, or....Dr.freeman.
Reminds me of when the Barneys in HL1 press buttons and stuff their mouth moves so it looks like they're saying "Beep, beep, beep"
