I just laughed at this 186,929 members (54,622 verified) That just shows how much gmod has been pirated :(
We still have a substantial amount of retards. See OP.
That was unecessarily cruel.
Baaaaaaaaaaaw
Everyone who hasn't verified are not necessarily pirates, you know. They just might have uploaded a couple of addons a few years ago and not come back since.
Yeah, there are quite a few people that haven't played Gmod in years so they haven't verified their accounts. I'd be willing to bet around 50,000 pirates are on there.
I'm pretty sure a bit of those also lost their passwords and had to make a new account to verify.
That was unecessarily cruel.
I'v been here a long long time. I rarely post. So if you see me post then you know i must agree with someone. In this case the guy was right...
They could be lots of workaround accounts. Eg. Permabanned accounts. since this forum has a tendency to ban you for sneezing out of turn. EDIT: Wait let me rephrase that because people are going to read this post and think something completely different. Lots of them could be workaround accounts E.G. Permabanned Accounts. More could be inactive accounts. but there are definitely pirates of Gmod.

lolz very heated debate here XD

Everyone,clock him! Quick!
There's about 138598 people who didn't verify, so about half of that is about how many pirates their are.
There are some sites, that allow you to download any file from gmod.org with no verification, so that verification is unnecesary bullshcit.
There are some sites, that allow you to download any file from gmod.org with no verification, so that verification is unnecesary bullshcit.
I'm pretty sure they either don't work or won't work soon. Garry has thrown another spanner in their plans by time limited downloads. If there is a still working one, report it to Garry and I'm sure it'll stop working. It's a losing game for the pirates. Also, verification isn't bullshit, piracy is.
There are some sites, that allow you to download any file from gmod.org with no verification, so that verification is unnecesary bullshcit.
It's bullshit that he pays for a website that hosts thousands of files just for people who stole his game to use.
Everyone who hasn't verified are not necessarily pirates, you know. I only found out last week that I needed to verify my copy to download/Upload more stuff :L (Which I did do, I'm not a pirate)
or some of them don't have gmod example, me.
or some of them don't have gmod example, me.
You created an account on garrysmod.org and you don't actually have Gmod? :raise:
You created an account on garrysmod.org and you don't actually have Gmod? :raise:
Apparently all he does is reupload shit from FPSbannana, Sakarias. And some gmod9 models.
?
There is no talk in gmod.org.
There is no talk in gmod.org.
Comments. a.k.a legit oify

Piracy means people like the game, only 1/4th of the users have verified they own Gmod, I see people talking shit about pirates and stuff, but what happened if Gmod was 100% free of piracy, do you think the game would be the same?, chances are it wouldn't even have half the stuff it has, and that's because Gmod started as a free game, now all you assholes who keep feeling superior because you paid $10 can kiss my ass, I payed the fucking $10 but I didn't like doing it, not when only 1/4th of users have paid for the game but that fourth has access to material they didn't make (nor did Gmod.org or Garry's mod team) In my opinion, it's alright to charge for the game alright, but this "account verification" shit is just bullshit, but of course, noone's gonna say a shit (not on that 1/4th that "matters"), because they paid for the game and it's not their problem, to them, the solution is simply saying " buy the game, it's just $10, noob"
