I was having the glitchy sky error in Gmod, so i went and got CSS, now i installed CSS but im still getting the glitchy sky. Is there any copying i need to do since I got CS:S After Gmod?
Have you mounted CS:S?
No idea what that is....
In the menu, go to Extensions (or something like that), and there should be check boxes to mount content from different source games.
in the steam menu? or in Gmod itself

GMod.
Seriouslly.... The game was purchased on a different steam than the one Gmod is on.... And im assuming just because I have it installed, doesn't mean I can mount it, correct?

Nope. You need both games purchased on the same account in order to mount the content to GMod.
Why do people have 2 steam accounts anyway?
There is a way to transfer it, I don't know how though and doubt it's legal.
You can't transfer it, it's registered to your steam account, use a program called GCFScape to extract the counter strike stuff, then copy it over to your other accounts garrys mod directory.
Thats what juicdehead meant.
Oh fair dues, I thought he meant transfer to steam accounts, my apologies JuiceHead
Well, If it IS leagal, how would I do this? I have the program i'm just not positive on what to do. I would presume I would be copying the materials, models etc. from CSS to my Gmod folder similar to the way you do when you download packs..
That's correct, copy everything from CSS over into the Garrysmod directory, mind you, you won't get the spawn lists seeing as you have to mount it for that, you can probably download one though.
Well, then were is my CS:S directory? I look under C:/Program Files/Steam/Steamapps/ and in both of my steam accounts and I see nothing about counterstrike.
Edit* in steamapps I did just find CS:S client.gcf but that's all I can find of CS:S

The game files are hidden in GCF-files. You need a program called "GCFScape" to modify, move or copy the files.
Ah, Now I see. I edited my post right before yours, I can't believe I missed that.

Alright, I found the file, now do I extract the whole cstrike folder or just materials and stuff. Sorry for so many questions

No, you can't modify files inside GCF with GCFScape only read and extract them.
Why'd you buy it on a different account in the first place? Just use another 20 dollars and buy it to your current account. Then sell the other account. JK. Gift it to someone who wants CSS

Yes you can actually, but Steam changes it right back anyway so there's no point.
