• Reviving my old TTT server, any recommendations?

So I'm reviving my old TTT server which was quite popular, and I want to add a lot of new things to make it even more exciting to come back to the server. What I want to add is Detective items, traitor items(both of which, available in the T/D Shop), and more maps. What're some maps and items you particularly liked and if possible, could you link them?

Also, the reason people play TTT isn't the traitor/detective items, but the playerbase.
Obviously include popular, classic maps that appeal to players (dolls, rooftops, 67thway_v3 (please not v7, awful edit), biocube), but try to put in new maps. Judging from player's reactions, you can decide whether the map should stay in the cycle or if it should be bumped out.
Please do not create a Pay-to-Win donation system. For maps, they are great maps out there simply overlooked. I recommend trying out ttt_nuclear_power it is a brilliantly designed map.
Gameplay wise: - donors should be no different from normal players - admins should be no different from normal players - regulars should be no different from normal players - dont fill the traitor menu up with useless shit tips - learn to code - players stay for other players, not for in game items - dont do it for money, do it for fun - make sure you're not the only one managing the community ( people are dumb ) - Just don't be like every other server out there, you're trying to create a community, not a waste of bandwidth
Everything rejax said, but also acctually be on your server, if it takes off then people seem to really like seeing an owner on the server. Create a good first impression and it will last
Keep in mind there's already like a 1000+ TTT servers all with very similar content or where everything is from Coderhire/workshop, so try and make yourself stand-out. Remember to encourage feedback from players, too, since they often have some great ideas for weapons or mechanics.
