Cops N Robbers BETA V1.0 - Garry's Mod

This is my Cops N Robbers game mode.. It is my FIRST ever gamemode (That I made from scratch) It is NOT a Dark RP mod or any other kind of mod, It is completely mine :D Currently Beta V1.0 Updates to come -Force Player models -Separate spawn points -Admin stuff Requirements:- Gmod/hl2 CS:S (Needed in V1.1 when released) Credits:- Code Monkey (Me) Disclaimer:- You may take and edit my gamemode in any way you wish as long as you keep my name, email and website on it! Other:- The game mode is EXTREMELY basic but may make a good base for someone. There are no entities, Models, materials, textures, or weapons that come with this gamemode. Future mods I plan to make. Posting pictures would be a bad idea... Mainly because there is not really anything in this game you have not seen before... Basicly there is a team called cops and a team called robbers... You fight.... Its still in BETA you can not expect much from it. But yeah, Basicly a TDM script. I am still working on forcing player models & No Friendly fire so atm its basicly... A Free for all with different classes.... IE Cops get Ar2 SMG and pistol robbers get SMG and pistol and they fight.... I will probably make it so robbers have to actually rob something like a bank or whatever and cops have to try and stop them, adding a round timer, but atm I still dunno what to do.

So, it's just HL2:DM?

Basicly yeah, but as I said its my first gamemode... just wanted to try something easy, going to be adding a nice twist to it soon

put custom player models in the gamemode :D

I'd love to see new hud instead of HL2, not really a fan of HL2 hud. Good work on actually making a gamemode... at least you can.

I think this type of gamemode would more suit the Fretta base.

But if you do Import custom models, and make a custom HUD (Extremely Easy) it would look much better. But as of now, it's more of an alternate GMDM gamemode.

I wish I did something like this for my first project. It's simple yet it gives you an understanding of Lua.
