Apparently my Garry's Mod keeps crashing on startup...The little bar reaches to: Setting Convar System and then the game crashes. I have re-installed GMod multiple times, deleting the folders myself, restarting GMod and then reinstalled it completely on Steam and it gives me the same error.
This has not happened till tonight and I've been playing GMod every since 9...So I have no idea what is going on. Any suggestions/known fixes?

Facepalm. Okay, I restarted Steam and GMod decided to coolface and work. I apologize for my stupidity.
