When downloading a playermodel pack, does it go in the addons folder or gmod/gmod folder?

Addons.
Any addons containing a info.txt is always a addon file, unless its corrupt.
If it doesn't work when you put it in addons, chances are it isn't worth it.
Download the SVN version, the lua for that one is broken.
