Recommended Add-ons and Maps for GMod?

I just got gmod a few days ago, practiced posing a bit, got some new models, props, gm_mount2, and a new map (after finding out I need CS:S for a lot of maps, I was mad) and I just felt like asking what are some of the recommeded models, mods, props, and maps for GMod?

Well, I would recommend PHX, but seeing as its already included with Garry's Mod, you will need Wiremod, a very wide variety of advanced tools I would recommend getting.

You can google Wiremod installation tutorials using SVN :P

Eh, PHX is included with the game itself nowadays. The only other extra models I have are SBEP for spacebuild3.

Okay, I have installed Wiremod and its unnoficial extras, as well as found the latest (I believe) version of Easy Precision (0.9?).

I need help finding these:

Precision Alignment
Weight Tool
Stacker / Stacker Advanced Tools
Fin Tool
Buoyancy Tool
Smartsnap

It's probably my lack of sleep catching up to me but I'm having trouble finding the latest releases of them.
