Director's mod trouble. Please help.

Ok, here is my problem, I've done exactly like the instructions say, but everytime after I am done posing, and I type in the command, I get this error:
"Failed: Cache entry not found."
It might be because of some wrong frame inputs, or interrpollation or something but I can't tell. Please help. Thanks.

So, can anyone tell me what it is I'm doing wrong? I've read the tutorial that comes with the mod but I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your help in advance.
