I mostly play Singleplayer and it would seem that my Achievement stats don't increase in Singleplayer, even though I'm online. Is this intentional?

Achievements don't work with sv_cheats 1
And the achievement system is kinds buggy anyway. Don't worry, it will still be keeping track of what you're doing, it just takes a while for the counter to increase.
Oh okay. I also can't use my SMod Bullet Time, it automatically turns cheats on. Oh well. Thanks.
