My Garrys Mod Settings not saving! Need attention please!

My Garry's Mod 10 settings are not saving... When i quit Gmod and changed the post processing and all the other settings like physics and Admin options and opening Garry's Mod again and see everything back to normal???? It's frustrating and annoying to see this happening every time! I hope anyone can help me solve this mystery.

Things like that always reset when you quit the game.

What you can do is make a server config file, in which you can input the various admin settings as console commands and they're run every time you launch a server.

Nope, if you've been playing in single player or by using the "Create Multiplayer" option, you're the server operator, who is ALWAYS an admin.
