The best way is to edit the map itself. That doesnt work well though (decompiling is generally a bad thing) . I recall there was something from gmod 12 that let you do this though
Yes this does sort of exist, you have to play around with it a bit but this is basically in DarkRP's custom job spawn points.

Decompiling has more bad sides than good. Seems like I will probably learn Lua and write own admin script. :)
