clueless about changing ass_mod join/rules/greeting screen

Not sure exactly what to call it but i tried to look up how to make a rules screen for when people join my darRP server....spent 20 hrs yesterday geting the server up and to glitchless playable state. now all is left is making a "rules start up screen" any help on this out there or a point to a tutorial that i may of missed? thanks.

It's called the MOTD.

There's a file named ass_motd or something. Edit it. It uses HTML, iirc.

But ASSMod's halfway broken anyway.
