None of my steam games work after graphics card installation

Hi I just bought the, ati radeon 5570 for my gateway sx. The first day i got it none of my steam games work oblivion,garrys mod, none. I got an error 80 when starting oblivion, and a hl2.exe error when i start gmod. Any suggestions?
