What would be the best commands to place into Garry's Mod Autoexec to make the game graphics to the highest possible?
Sadly, source games do not have a file you can edit directly to change graphic settings, you need to do it in-game.

The game doesn't even have console commands for the graphics (Resolution, AA and all that, shadows and some rendering can be changed). The files in cfg/ and settings/ have nothing to do with graphics either.
Well i know Mat_picmic works with Garry's mod
