ATI HD4800
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
8GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
At first, he couldn't hear the voice chat, (no voice box appeared on the screen, even with sv_voiceenable 1) So he reinstalled and now there is no sound at all in multiplayer, but there is sound in single player. We tried reinstalling Steam and that didn't work. His other games are working just fine.
