Gmod crashes whenever I pick something up with the gravity gun

I have not installed any new addons or done anything, it all worked just fine yesterday.

Whenever I try to pick something up with the gravity gun I just get a hl2.exe has stopped responding message. Does anyone know what the cause is or how to fix it?

Anyone? This is pretty annoying, I've even reinstalled the game but it just keeps happening.

I just found out this happens on hl2 and episode 1 too, havent tried ep2 yet.
