Whenever I attempt to spawn one, I get the message "You've hit the NPC limit!" but I haven't spawned any! Anyone know how to fix this?
Play single player, you most likely can only spawn NPC's in singleplayer in other servers people like like others spawning NPC's so they put a limit on it.
Quick! Delete system 32 before you can't spawn props either!

Go play on a server without NPC limit or on singleplayer.
