I go into Start>Control Panel>Firewall>Exceptions>Add Port>
And enter:
Name: Gmod Port
Port Number: 27015
UDP

It says not open :(

You need to open the ports on the router, Not the pc.
Go to Start > Run
Type in cmd
Type in ipconfig
Write down the defaultgateway
Enter defaultgateway in your browser
Log in, There should be portforwarding somewhere.
I mean do you have to do both? For the PC and for the router?
