DeRP will be a full Roleplay Gamemode for Garry's mod. - This is not done like ATALL and still .... idea ish...
It will have an invintory that can hold either >10 items or at most 5 pounds.(money not included)
You will be able to rent an apartment, you will decorate it using you're gravity gun or by holding C, clicking on an item and positing the item.
You're inventory is SAVED GLOBALLY and so is you're suite; if and WHEN you die you DROP ALL of you're invintory and money, Thats why you have a Bank.
You're bank stores money and items it can hold and infinite ammount of money and about >35 items. You have to GO to a bank and talk to a teller to acess either the money management menu or item management menu; There will be ATMs placed All over the place where you can deposit and withdraw money.
they will have a $5 fee(ingame of course).
You can open businesses and sell stuff for 2/3 the price NPC business sell there stuff. YOU CAN NOT BUY FROM YOU'RE OWN STORE!
There is a Police force and a Hospital, If someone is injured they can call the EMT; they will be notified and come to you're position and revive you if they can in time. the police can be informed also.
Chat will be not global, you will be able to yell and talk normally and in-apt chat, Mics will be allowed in the APTs and in buildings.
So essentally you can type soemthing while waking somewhere and people around you can read it and respond. In an APT no matter how far away you can see chat and hear/use mic.
You will get a phone, Yes you can dial the police to report illegal activity and call the EMT. You can also call friends(mic).
You have to sign up in the game to be a cop, you can be banned from being a cop. Same with EMT
If you're a EMT or cop and miss to many jobs you get FIRED. When not having a job you get $45(RP) dollars per 1 hour
You can rob people! Yes you walk up to somebody and right click with a pistol, it will take you into third person and enable chat between you two only.
you can then shoot the person by left clicking or let them go by right clicking: A trading screen will apear if they decide to give you money. They can struggle and if they are stronger (not all the time though!) they may be able to break free and beat you up.
reporting / phones!; Whatevah button you have binded to chat will open a type menu (it will look like a phone on the bottom of you're screen [like in GTA4])
and you can either type numbers or click on the numbers to enter them and then click call or enter and it will dial the number; Each person has there own phone number, They can go to the local phone company (in game ) and get it changed!
You can can call the authorities by dialing 911 it will then ask you stuffs! so you call them; What did you witness, "I witnessed a robbery" - then it will connect you to the cop's dispatch where a person will be alerted.
Police: You have radios with 4 channels (and phones) the radio works when you press T and whatever voice broadcast button you use you can then set the channel there will be 4 channels; the dispatch will dispatch on 1 - 2 and the EMT dispatch will be on 3 - 4. so you can contact the EMT also. (it will display who is in the channel while switching )
Cars; You can rent for $50(rp) evere 45mins to rent a car. You can also buy cars for varing prices (you always have it unless you brake it or sell it)
Cars can be broken, dented etc you have to get them fixed or they look like shit. It costs! if they are badly enough damaged they will not work.
You're car's licenec plate (rented and bought) has you're steam ID on it. If you get cough during a hit'n run and the person takes a picture with there phone they have you're steam id and can share the picture to a police. (picture phone takes in game shot not a Screenshot so its not saved)
Inventory; You can conceal weapons, you can conceal 2 handguns or one rifle, nade or larger weapon. All others will be displaed on you're back side etc.
You can where items such as clothes and hats, change skins and use custom pics on you're clothes.
Weapons are limited to weight (ammo counts!) and inv space.*

So A rip of, Of PERP? Because I do not see any difference nor like the fact that cars break you have to buy a new one, This is like a much worse Version of Perp and getting $45 per ONE HOUR?! Are you serious, Yeah I know the prices will be lowered but having to wait an hour for something that is like $10 more, its ridiculous.
