alright. so, i'm hosting a server right? the mods i have installed are zombierp, falco prop protection, ulx, and a couple others.
Thing is, no one can spawn props! not the admins, not the players, no one. Any ideas what the hell's goin on?

ps: i've tried removing falco PP, and the problem remains.
