So me and a friend of mine just bought Garry's Mod, and we tried making a game so we could play together. Whenever I try or he tries to make a multiplayer game, and we try to join game via Steam, it always says [B]Server is Not Responding.[/B]
Does anyone know what we're doing wrong? Thanks. :)
1. Port forward.
2. Give him your external IP.
3. If it fails, use Hamachi.
4. You can host a dedicated server yourself.
What port(s) do I forward?
Are you trying to set up a LAN server or an Internet server?
Internet server.
Port 27015 UDP and TCP
