Im reinstalled gmod.. Didn't helped.

How to fix that problem? Please help.
Try playing Css on a server I had this problem earlier that fixed it.
All i can say is be sure you started CSS atleast once before playing gmod.

You need to run CSS atleast once so steam creates the folder.
I usually manually unpack the GCF's, This prevents lagg when spawning a prop for the first time in gmod (Because it has to be unpacked)
