It all depends on your processor. Graphics can be toned down.

Yea it should work perfectly. Make sure you go to options and set your graphics settings to what you like. It should most definately be able to run on high settings.

Geforce 8200M won't be able to run much though, maybe medium or low settings on 1024x768.
well it can run WoW,Combat arms,and grudgemu so i guess it can run garrys mod
Sorry i may be mixed up here, what is the M at the end of the series number. I think that graphics card is decent for source games. And yes if it can run those games without lag then garrys mod should be fine. Those games also dont have physics though. I can't really tell you atm.

As in laptop graphics card
