I respect that you want to run things your own way, but I seriously advice you not to age restrict adminship like that. You need to focus on experience and maturity rather than age.
Other than that, it looks good.
15+ stops 9 year old kids applying for adminship. I prefer older players because they tend to respond better to players ingame, no offence if either of you are under 15

i might not even recruit admins but ask them if they are regulars on the server.
The age thing is dumb if you ask me. If you don't want people working as staff to be annoying youngin's, then don't hire annoying youngin's. Get rid of the age thing, and instead just talk to the people who apply and make sure they aren't complete dicks.

I understand why it might be hard to allow people who are less than 15 years of age to apply, but you just need to be more open-minded, it will benefit you a lot in the long term.

Gamemode doesn't enforce the roleplay. You can minge in Nexus too. Plus Nexus isn't so good after all in my opinion.
Especially if you didn't block the console command backdoors in this one :downs:
