Game is having wireframe

CSS Hl2ep2 and Gmod is having wireframe issues..

i have done the following:

1) updated nvidia drivers
2) reinstalled the game
3) properties -minimized.

can someone help

Css update
Update your css restart gmod
I had same problem

its caused from the css update but css is already updated thats what caused it.
