Alrighty, so when I try to get on any server with a map I don't have, it won't let me download the map. I've allowed all content downloads, and I'm positive that these servers allow you to download the maps. So what's wrong?
(This isn't just in Garry's Mod either, it's been happening in my other source games/mods.)
