I have been playing Garrys mod for the last week or so, and today when i get home from work i get this weird thing happening..
What happens:
I go into my games list on steam, right click "Garrys Mod" and hit play...
The little popup box appears like normal, and says "Preparing to lauch Garrys Mod"..
Then the box dissapers but the game doesnt start...
It doesnt register it starting either...
I did the normal routine (Being a steam gamer for a few years) and Verify/validated game files.. Then i Deleted my game.. And Reinstalled it, repatched it and same thing happens...
Its only affected Garrys mod so far, not HL2, or and source mod games.. So it seems strange to me..
I want to throw in i bought my game and its not the free version..
Try starting gmod with -fullscreen
