Why do dynamites keep disappearing? How do I stop this?

I'm trying to build a contraption that has worked before. It was a cannon sort of thing, but now every time I wanna launch something again I gotta place a new dynamite all over again. How do I stop this?

Dynamite used to stay after exploding, but I think Garry made it so that it disappears after exploding to prevent griefing.
