All weapons but the toolgun and phys gun are gone! HELP!

Suddenly when i think i installed a mod all the weapons that you spawn with except for the toolgun and the physics gun had disappeared. I have tried on several different maps but it´s the same everywhere every time. please help me! please.

"sbox_weapons 1" after setting this kill yourself and you should have your weapons back
or
when you start a single-player game there's a little check box "Start with Weapons" (or something like that) make sure that's checked off.

Now... if you're on multi-player most servers set sbox_weapons to 0 so people don't kill each other all the time.
