Garry's Mod Fire Particles and Green Blood particles not showing up!

How come.. my fire particles are showing and also the green blood ones which are the ones when you attack like a zombie and then you see green impact particles,

Everything is up-to-date and I have mounted ALL of the gamecontent in GMOD Settings..

Is this normal?
