It's because most RP servers are either shit holes where not even a CS:S server can be compared to how idiotic people are and how abusive admins can be. On the other hand, however, it's people taking RP far too seriously and they generate a shitstorm of E-drama.

I think the worst servers by far are the ones where rules are not defined or not followed by admins. At least, if it tells you it is fun rp server you won't try to farm or anything of the such.
