It should, I have played GMod offline a lot. BEFORE disconnecting, restart Steam in offline mode.

Well if you own the game and you pirate it's legal, in terms of emulators anyway
I have a question. If i legally garrys mod, and i create a standalon of is using cgfscape, do i get in trouble? Because it loads up 3 minutes faster than the steam version, and i can play offline.
