GMod crashes then I get an error when trying to launch it again,

My GMod randomly crashes and when I try to launch it again it comes up with this error.

SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0018E584) failed with error 1: failed to take master pip connection lock

Halp. I could be one of the addons I've installed lately but I highly doubt it if it has to do with Steam.

Usually, that fixes it. If it doesn't, you might have to reinstall Steam.
