Help The New G Mod Update Has Completly Fucked My Garrys Mod

I Just Downloaded The New G Mod Update And it Hasnt Fixed The Hl2.exe Error But has Made me Unable To Play Any server With A Garry's Mod error saying i don't not have the same class tables please help
